I bought a Renoir 3pce Bedroom suite cash R10.000 at Cradock Branch Bradlows on the 4th of July 2017 IAM STILL SITTING WITH THE BED IN BOXES waiting for the store to come and assemble it. WORSE SERVICE EVER I GOT FROM THE MANAGER I have called 16times and walked into the store 8 times already what a RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED MANAGER NEVER CALLS NEVER AVAILABLE IF I CALL OF WHICH I THINK THEY ARE JUST BULLSHITTING ME!! BEACUSE THEY KNOW MY VOICE BY NOW HE DOES NOT COME TO THE PHONE. this is really frustrating no one is available that bloody head office nrs is never answered WHERE MUST I GO IN ORDER TO BE ASSISTED?? Worst service ever. Bradlows Alberton is a circus. The Oxford lounge suite is expensive for nothing... the leather is fake . I bought it in 2015 .. 6 months later,the leather was starting to peel off ... they took it in for repairs and I was without a lounge suite for 6 months .. the manager kept on promising to get back to me. I had to write in to the ombudsmen which wasn't of much help. Mxolisi the salesperson told me there's nothing they can help me with .. when it not back after the repairs the lounge suite is deformed and still peeling . Been waiting for the regional manager to approve an exchange. It's been a month and mooitjie the manager keeps on promising to call me back with feedback... till today I'm unhappy with this lounge suite ... please help.. I don't have the strength to fight with bradlows anymore

My husband bought Zanzibar lounge suit in Alberton Bradlows in we've got a problem with 1 seater I complain in November 2015 till tdy our problem is not fixed I've been to the shop hundred times but nothing. They give me a black customer service but if I was white the manager would have made sure that my complaint is resolved within a week

I bought a bed from Bradlows , they delivered the wrong bed. I phoned to tell them this is the case. The Manager said to me ooh I must have been confused , that's the bed I have chosen. Really? Where does he get off undermining my intelligence like that? How can I be that confused to can't even differentiate between black and white??? They then said I should come to the store to point at the bed again. Went there the bed has been moved. They change the whole thing. I know what I know. I demanded my refund I was then told that I need to bring bank statements and wara-wara. They told me about terms and conditions..which are only know to them and are only forced to a customer after the damaged has been done. I need my refund asap. I need a bed for Xmas too just like the rest of them. Plz!!!

I bought a bought leather lounge suit from bradlows Pretoria: Pretorius street within a month it was damage then I complain, they come and collect to fix after 5 weeks they brought it back to my suprice the lounge suit was deformed it change it shape I complained till today nothing has been done but every month the debit the money from my account what a bad service all I request is that come in collect that deformed lounge suit. I am about settling the account now I thinking of stopping the debit order from my account maybe I will be taken serious.

I have bought a lounge suite and plasma stand at bradlows kroonstad in december 2015.i found out that the drawer of plasma stand was not in hood condition and i reported the with the sales consultant,it took time for them to lodge a complaint. They came to fetch the stand for a repair but when they return the stand was still not repaired as they claimed. I requested them to take it back and refund me,but to date they haven't refunded me,they just keep on promising everytime i contact the branch manager. Please help get my money back (R3999.99) aa soon as possible or else i am taking matter further.

Bought a Lounge suite at Bradlows in Newcastle and paid cash, especially because delivery will be quick and the process is quicker. Extremely bad service and very very poor as to no communication between the staff and management. Wanted to cancel my sale, due to better service elsewhere and was told, "the manager said you can cancel if you want to". Await my delivery tomorrow and are so negative about it, instead of being excited!

I have lay -by in Phalaborwa Bradlows sofa for R30000.00 onthe 26 /2/2016 and onthe 19 March 2016 i go to take out my lay-by , finding thatb they said the change the system and they could not manage to transfer that R2000 and if i have R30000 I can buy cash so on tuesday the 22 March they will refund my R2000 until today when i go therre the put me pillar to post even the cellphone which they promise that if you buy thosre sofa they will give but till now nothing and i dont know where i can find help this is frustrating me

Complaint against Bradlows Midrand many time with my bed room suite ,lounge suite and also my monthly statement and i never complain again because the never assist me at all...till today when I phone them in head office to found out what is my balance…… which i'm no longer owning them, I just gave up on this useless furniture shop…which i use to love this shop with my whole hearted: I was also pushed left and right told stories about managers, the staff on leave and retrenchment or on struck. Thank God i'm done with furniture shop called Bradlows the service is extremely poooooooooooooooor.

I bought a bedroom suit and a tv stand in Bradlows Daveyton last year November and the Bedroom suit was not used and I got an offer for Job in Australia for 5 yrs, and I went to the branch and ask them if they could take back the bedroom suit they refuse and now I don't have any option cause im leaving and I will not need it can you please advice on what to do cause if I don't pay it will make my name bad and I don't want that, actually next year im planning to take my mom with me. so what can I do with this bedroom suit, I don't need it any more.

Complaint against Bradlows Alberton: I bought a bed on 22nd of December 2014 and the wrong bed was delivered obn the 24th of Dec. I called the store sales man (Mxolosi)to request a replacement on the 26th of December I have been waiting since then. I have been pushed left and right told stories about managers on leave and retrenchment. Please assist
